Rapple Products Warranty

Rapple offers a 6-month manufacturing warranty, which includes the coverage of courier fees to the repair center from the nearest branch and back.

Wahl Professional Warranty

If a Wahl product fails to operate satisfactorily within one year from the original date of purchase, Wahl will at option repair or replace the item. The warranty excludes blades and cords, which are wear and tear items. The warranty is void and no repair or replacement will be made under warranty or otherwise if:

1. The product is modified in any manner;
2. The product is repaired by any repairer that is not authorized by Wahl Clipper (Pty) Ltd.;
3. The product has been subject to unreasonable use or has been dropped or grabbed by the cord;
4. The plug has been cut off or changed.

Exchange

No exchanges can be made due to hygiene purposes regardless of whether the product has been used or not.

Out of Warranty Repairs

Products out of warranty may be sent to any of the authorized repairers appointed by Wahl Clipper (Pty) Ltd. All courier/transport fees will be for the client’s account.
